How much space do I need?

Each teepee needs roughly 1.2 × 1.8m of floor space. A standard lounge or rumpus room comfortably fits a 3 or 4-tent setup — we’ll help you plan the layout after you book.

When do I pay?

You pay in full when you book — there's no deposit and nothing to chase later. Your date is held as soon as the payment goes through, and we confirm the details within 24 hours.

When do you set up and pack down?

We set up on the day of your sleepover, generally between 9am and 2pm, then return the next morning to pack down between 9am and 12pm — or by 10am if we’ve got another booking that day. Both are included in the package price.

How far do you travel?

Delivery is included within 5km of The Gap 4061. From 5–10km it’s $30, and from 10–15km it’s $60 — always shown in your summary before you pay. Fifteen kilometres is our limit; past that we can’t reach you.

Question 5

Is everything cleaned between bookings?

Always. All linens and covers are freshly laundered, and every surface is wiped down before it reaches your home.

Question 6

Can I change or cancel my date?

Accepted Answer

Cancel at least 14 days before your night and we'll refund you in full. Between 7 and 14 days you can take 50% back or move your date once, free — one or the other, not both. Inside 7 days we can't refund or move a booking: we'll have turned other families away for your night, and this close there isn't time to fill it again.

Question 7

What if I want to move my night but don't know the new date?

Give us a call more than 7 days before your night and we can turn the booking into a credit for the full amount you paid. It lasts 6 months, works once, and you enter the code at the payment step next time you book. If the new night costs more you pay the difference; if it costs less the remainder isn't refunded, so it's worth using the full value.

Question 8

Why does my date say “limited”?

Limited means we can probably do it, but the setup clashes with another booking or a turnaround window. You can still request it — we’ll confirm within 24 hours.

Question 9

Do you cater for older kids or adults?

Accepted Answer

No — the teepees are sized for kids, up to about 10 or 11 at most. Teens and adults are heavy enough to damage the frames, so we only hire for younger children.
